This design and build project included a full backyard and side yard. The clients spent most of their time outdoors, but especially enjoyed use of their deck, so this was an important item to integrate into the design. It needed to be functional enough to incorporate space for barbecuing and dining while also providing shade, privacy, storage and access to the pool patio below. Existing large trees on site provided significant privacy for the backyard already, so maintaining and integrating the trees was also imperative for their new yard. Existing grade changes from the front to the back yard presented the need for various levels in the landscape. The finished project featured three levels: the raised deck, the side yard putting green, and the pool patio.<\/p>\n\t
