Keeping this in mind we were able to optimize the views of the greenery around the property, while creating a functional outdoor entertainment area.<\/p>\n\t<p><\/p>\n<h3>\n\tThe Challenge\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Conservation authority restrictions and permits<\/li>\n<li>Significant grade changes from the front yard to the backyard<\/li>\n<li>Design of the custom cabana, pergola and shed<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining significant sod areas without sacrificing necessary entertaining space<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining views of the green space surrounding, while still creating privacy from the conservation public trails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/proland.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/builder-faded-icon-1-300x300.png\" alt=\"builder-faded-icon\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"300\" width=\"300\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\tDesign\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The client wanted a classic design for the front; flagstone walkways to tie in with the colors from the house and an entry wall frames the front door. The goal in the backyard was to create various areas for entertaining, without sacrificing play spaces for their children \u2013 the size of the property made accommodating their wishes fairly easy.
